About Me

I am a proud military veteran with over eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps and an additional five years in the National Guard. During my time, I served in a variety of roles including heavy diesel mechanic, firearms instructor, recruiter, and fire direction sergeant.

I am also a registered Range Safety Officer with both the NRA and USCCA. Safety, responsibility, and professionalism guide everything I do, whether I’m on the range or in the shop. I’m a devoted husband and father of three wonderful children one of whom has continued the tradition of service as a United States Marine.

About Five-Ton Tactical

I’ve always had a passion for firearms and high-quality gear. I try to support local craftsmanship whenever possible. My business started with a simple need: I had a specific firearm and couldn’t find a holster that fit the way I wanted, and I wasn’t willing to settle or wait. So, I decided to build my own.

That single holster is what launched this entire company. Today, I run a small independent holster shop based in Montana. I build gear for people who know exactly what they want and expect their equipment to work as hard as they do. Every holster I make is handcrafted, shaped, and finished with the same military attention to detail that has defined my entire career. Before anything leaves my shop, it is thoroughly inspected to make sure it meets the standard I would demand for myself.

My mission is simple: create reliable, high-quality holsters made by someone who truly understands the needs of real shooters—not mass-produced gear, but carefully built equipment you can trust.

Steel Fomi

These flush mount belt clips are very practical when you want a thin profile (or tight ride) on your holster. The flush mount design is versatile in the way it attaches, allowing you to slip it over your belt, molle straps, or simply over your waistband. Because they are made from heavy duty spring steel, they create an excellent spring tension. And each one includes a bottom retainer lip, insuring that it’s also secure.

Monoblock

This clip design allows for a secure carry on belts, waistlines or any attachment point where the steel spring tabs can be positioned securely.

UltiClip

The UltiTuck clip is a 3-n-1 feature tactical mounting clip and is very popular with users who like beltless carry with adjustable cant in a tuckable design. These operate on the “pinch” principal and are very sturdy and secure when engaged. Once engaged and locked down, your holster will not move easily. These are very simple and effective to use.

Paddle

Designed to contour naturally to your hip, the paddle attachment has an adjustable cant angle of 15 degrees of forward and reverse adjustment. The slim, low profile design keeps your weapon close to your body, with a quick on-and-off convenience without having to thread through a belt.

Blade-Tech Tek-Mount System

This is a two-part mounting system that provides 36 cant positions at 10-degree intervals for a full 360° degrees. The Tek-Mount™ Receiver is attached to belt attachments, molle attachments, and other attachment options to allow the Tek-Mount™ to be attached to your preferred carry method. Meanwhile, the 360° Insert Disc is attached directly to your holster and slid into the receiver.

Blade-Tech Tek-Mount Disc

The Tek-Mount Disc is the male portion of the Tek-Mount™ quick connect mounting system. It can be quickly mounted to your holster to provide instant compatibility with the Tek-Mount™ Receiver. The Tek-Mount is a two-part quick-connect mounting system.

Blade-Tech Tek Lok Belt Attachment

This belt mount has a unique locking system that allows the gun to be carried in the Vertical or Horizontal position on your belt or web gear. It works like a door swinging closed and snapping into place for a secured carry.

G-CODE RTI Optimal Drop Pistol Platform

The RTI Optimal Drop is a heavy duty RTI tactical belt mount. This mount will fit belts up to 2 in. The belt loop’s inner Velcro lining provides a secure mount when used with a tactical belt. The slots on the RTI wheel allow for adjustments up to 30 degrees, providing the most optimal placement for you firearm. Also includes a hanger to attach to your holster.

G-CODE RTI 33 & 34

These are the quick attachment hangers mounted to the holster for the G-CODE RTI system.

RTI-33 is typically for left-handed
RTI-34 is typically for right-handed
